Boiler

The boiler has three empty passes followed by a standard horizontal convective section. Steam conditions are generally  4MPa/400°C. We also do projects with higher steam pressure and temperature. The boiler is cleaned with controlled rapping systems.

Flue gas cleaning

• Semi-wet system: using lime milk injection in a reactor before the bag filter. Activated carbon is also injected for removal of furans and mercury.

• Dry system: injection of reagents with bag house filter.

• Wet system: with wet scrubber.

• SCR or SNCR deNOx system.
